The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. shewin does not impose any fees on player deposits; however, your payment provider's own terms and transaction limits apply.
Deposits are credited to your shewin wallet immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor. shewin is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment systems, network outages, or banking system maintenance periods.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests submitted via GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 banking days.

Player deposits are held in accounts segregated from shewin's own operating capital. Upon termination for cause, shewin may forfeit all bonus balances and any real-money balances associated with accounts involved in fraudulent or prohibited activity, subject to applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
