These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and shewin ("shewin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at shewin.asia ("the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content offered through the shewin Platform.

By creating a shewin account, logging in to the Platform, making any deposit, claiming any bonus, or participating in any game or wagering activity on shewin, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the shewin Platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the shewin Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplemental policy, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "shewin" or "the Platform" means shewin.asia and all associated digital services, games, content, and applications operated by the shewin entity.
• "Player" or "Account Holder" means any individual who has successfully registered and holds a verified account on the shewin Platform.
• "Account Balance" or "Wallet" means the total credit of real money held within a Player's shewin account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits granted to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, which includes the submission and review of government-issued identity documents as required by PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating all gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Activities" means any actions defined under Section 9 of these Terms that are expressly forbidden on the shewin Platform.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which this version of the Terms applies.

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while using the shewin Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of shewin, or of any provider whose games are hosted on the shewin Platform.
• You are registering and playing using your own legal identity and for your own personal entertainment — not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from shewin or had an account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are not currently registered on PAGCOR's exclusion list or any other applicable gaming self-exclusion register.

shewin reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Any account found to have been registered by or operated on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently terminated, and any balance held in the account will be forfeited in full.

To access real-money gaming services on shewin, you must complete the registration process by providing your Philippine mobile number, creating a secure password, and confirming that you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3. Each individual may register only one (1) shewin account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. shewin is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate account information, including but not limited to misdirected withdrawals resulting from an incorrect GCash number or bank account provided by the Player.

In accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), all shewin accounts are required to complete KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires the submission of a clear photographic image of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted documents include:

• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Philippine Passport (bio data page)
• LTO Driver's License
• PhilSys National ID
• SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID
• Voter's ID (COMELEC)
• PRC Professional ID

Additional documentation may be requested at shewin's discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes, including but not limited to proof of source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal processing delays.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your shewin account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any OTP codes sent to your device. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your shewin account will be treated as authorised by you, unless you notify shewin immediately upon discovering unauthorised access. shewin recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password of at least 12 characters for your shewin account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (OTP login verification) through your account security settings.
• Never share your password or OTP codes with any person, including anyone claiming to be shewin support staff.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing shewin from a shared device.
• Contact shewin support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

shewin will never ask you for your password, OTP code, or full banking credentials through any channel, including live chat, email, or social media. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to shewin's support team without responding.

shewin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. shewin does not impose any fees on player deposits; however, your payment provider's own terms and transaction limits apply.

Deposits are credited to your shewin wallet immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor. shewin is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment systems, network outages, or banking system maintenance periods.

Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests submitted via GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 banking days.

shewin reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests of ₱50,000 or above in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLA requirements. This may extend processing times. shewin will notify the Player of any such review and provide estimated timelines.

Player deposits are held in accounts segregated from shewin's own operating capital. This segregation means your deposited funds are protected and accessible for withdrawal independent of shewin's business operations. Details of this arrangement are available through shewin's licensed compliance documentation.

All transactions on the shewin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied at the Platform level. If your payment instrument operates in a different currency, conversion is handled entirely by your payment provider, and any associated conversion fees are your responsibility.

shewin offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all shewin bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• One bonus per promotion per Player. Bonus offers may not be claimed more than once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Wagering requirements apply. All bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus balance only, unless stated otherwise.
• Game contributions vary. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino and table games contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Full contribution tables are published in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus expiry. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• Maximum bet with active bonus. While a bonus is active, a maximum stake per spin or bet applies as specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding the maximum may result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonus abuse. shewin reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and/or close accounts where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, using automated systems, or exploiting promotional errors.

All games offered on the shewin Platform — including slots, live dealer games, RNG table games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets — operate in accordance with the rules published within each game or game category. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before wagering real money.

shewin's RNG-based games use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories, as required by PAGCOR's technical standards. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and operated by trained human dealers. All live stream integrity is independently verified.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages calculated across millions of rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly from the published RTP. shewin does not guarantee any specific outcome, win rate, or profit for any Player in any session.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, shewin will review the affected round and resolve it according to the available server logs. If a round cannot be verified, the stake for that round will be refunded to the Player's account. shewin's decision in all technical dispute matters is final, subject to the complaints process in Section 15.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the shewin Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

1. Fraudulent deposits or chargebacks — including use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments.
2. Money laundering — using shewin to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity, in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
3. Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one shewin account, whether personally or through a third party.
4. Collusion — cooperating with other Players in any manner intended to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other multiplayer formats.
5. Use of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting systems to interact with the Platform.
6. Exploiting software vulnerabilities — attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any shewin game or system for financial gain.
7. Threatening or abusing staff — engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward shewin support staff or other players through any channel.
8. Misrepresenting identity — registering with false personal details, using another person's identification documents, or providing false information during KYC review.
9. Accessing from restricted jurisdictions — accessing shewin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

shewin is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. shewin recognises that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and the Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through account settings.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications when a specified session duration is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for periods of 1 day to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude your account for a minimum of 6 months up to 5 years. Requests are processed immediately upon contact with shewin support and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check — periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net gaming result during the current session.

All content on the shewin Platform, including but not limited to the shewin brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software, is the proprietary intellectual property of shewin or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or title to any intellectual property of shewin.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any shewin content without prior written consent from shewin. Unauthorised use of shewin's intellectual property may constitute infringement under Philippine intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, shewin's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

shewin shall not be liable for any of the following, even if advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment system outages beyond shewin's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses resulting from a Player's own failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from account sharing or failure to secure account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes shewin's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

shewin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice if shewin reasonably believes that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• The Player has engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, reputational, or financial risk to shewin.
• shewin is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or other competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, shewin may forfeit all bonus balances and any real-money balances associated with accounts involved in fraudulent or prohibited activity, subject to applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

You may close your shewin account at any time by contacting shewin's live chat or email support. Before account closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data provided by Players to shewin is governed by shewin's Privacy Policy, available at shewin.asia/privacy-policy. By using the shewin Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

shewin processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. shewin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement, and anti-money laundering authorities as required by applicable law.

shewin is committed to resolving all Player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the shewin Platform — including game outcomes, payment processing, account decisions, or bonus calculations — please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 – Contact shewin Support: Submit your complaint via in-platform live chat or by email to [email protected]. Provide your registered mobile number, a clear description of the issue, and all relevant dates and transaction references.
2. Step 2 – Initial Review: shewin's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 72 hours for standard complaints. Complex technical disputes may require up to 14 days.
3. Step 3 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with shewin's initial response, you may request escalation to shewin's compliance team. You will receive a written final decision within 30 days of escalation.

shewin's decision on all game-related technical matters (disconnections, RNG outcomes, live-stream disputes) is final once the server logs have been reviewed, subject to the escalation rights above.

shewin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, shewin will notify registered Players through one or more of the following channels: in-platform notification on login, email to the registered account contact, or a prominent notice on the shewin.asia homepage.

The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the shewin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the shewin Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the shewin Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the Philippines. You consent to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.

Regulatory disputes involving PAGCOR's oversight of shewin's operations are handled through PAGCOR's formal dispute resolution mechanisms as the primary regulatory authority.
